Using the Pick Lists Screen

Use this screen to select pick lists. The pick lists displayed on this screen reflected the results of the search performed on the Search Pick Lists screen. They are sorted first by picking sequence, and, secondly, by delivery date.

Scan a stock zone, delivery number, or delivery and suffix number to filter the list by that value. If you filter the list, and only one result is displayed, that pick list will be automatically selected if the Auto Select First Record parameter has a value of 2.

Note: If you filter the list, and only one record is displayed. That record is selected, if not selected, or un-selected.
Select one or more pick lists. Depending upon the value you specified for the Default data for input field No of pick lists parameter, one or more pick lists may be selected by default.
Select Next. Depending upon your parameter settings, the action might be reported automatically when you confirm values in all required fields.
- If the Action when pressing Next field has a value of 1, the Pick List Lines screen is displayed, allowing you to report picking and packing for individual lines.
- If the Action when pressing Next field has a value of 2, the Report Pick List screen is displayed, allowing you to report picking or confirm issuance for entire pick lists.
- If the Action when pressing Next field has a value of 3, the Print Delivery Documents screen is displayed, allowing you to print the selected pick list.
