If this parameter is selected, the printers set in this parameter are only allowed.

If this parameter is cleared (blank), the Printer group defined in the Printer group - Document Printer field of the User parameters tab available in the FTUsersMaint screen for the Factory Track admin is used. If the group is not defined for current the user, all the printers are available for printing.

Field 5 (Document/No of Copies):

* One input field “Document” is displayed that can be used to browse and select documents

* After selecting documents:

- The selected documents are listed sorted by document number/variant

- A No of Copies input field is displayed per document

- Any of the Document fields can be used to browse and change the selection of documents

* Field 4 (No of Copies) and field 6 (Document) is not displayed if field 5 (Document/No of Copies) is included

* Parsing of multidata barcode configured for No of Copies works only for the first field of No of Copies.

Field 6 (Document):

* One input field “Document” is displayed that can be used to browse and select documents

* After selecting documents:

- The selected documents are listed sorted by document number/variant

- Any of the Document fields can be used to browse and change the selection of documents

* Field 4 (No of Copies) applies to all the documents If field 6 (Document) is included

Field 3 (Printer) applies to all selected documents

Field 5 (Document/No of Copies) or Field 6 (Document) is not displayed if multiple deliveries is selected in the Pick Lists screen of PICK AND PACK transaction.

Package is scanned in Delivery or Shipment input field to retrieve delivery.

The Shipment is auto confirmed with blank data, if Delivery is updated with non-blank data.

Either set per document in format: “doc no 1/doc variant 1=N; doc no 2/doc variant 2=N” etc. where N=no of copies

For document with no variant, format: “doc no1=N”

No of copies set for specific document is applicable only if field 5 (Document/No of Copies) is included at Sequence of input fields.
