Using the List Balance ID screen

Use this screen to list the balance IDs based on the search specified in the Search Balance ID screen.

On the List Balance ID screen:

  1. Select the required item number.
  2. The screen displays this information:
    • Item
    • Location
    • Lot
    • Container
    • Quantity and unit of measurement
  3. Click Select.
    Note: The first item in the list is automatically selected if the parameter Auto select first record is set to Yes.

    The Report Issue or the Report Return screen is displayed , based on the parameter configuration in the Profile Parameter Maintenance form.
