Input field Production Lot (9) is only applicable for these actions:

  • Start Work
  • Start Setup.

Input field Resource (10) is only applicable for these actions:

  • Start Work
  • Start Setup
  • Start Interrupt.

Input fields Manufactured quantity (4), Scrap quantity (5), Scrap reason (6) and Close (12) are only applicable for the Stop Work.

Input field Disturbance Type is only applicable for these actions:

  • Start Interrupt
  • Stop Interrupt.

Input field Scrap reason (6) is hidden if Scrap quantity is confirmed with blank or zero (0).

All fields except Card (1) is reset when Action (2) is confirmed or re-confirmed.

For info fields such as Lab Run Time, Lab Setup, Mch Run Time and Mch Setup, the time unit is controlled by the “Time display format” parameter.

Input field Card (1) must be confirmed before any other input field is confirmed.

When the input field Card (1) is not blank and input field Action (2) is blank:
  • All input fields set in this parm are displayed.
  • Input field Action (2) must be confirmed before any other input field can be confirmed (except Card).

Input field Action (2) is confirmed by input/scan action name (For example, “WORK - START”) or select from browse list.

Info fields Work/Setup/Interrupt status (13/14/15) includes time since started if status is “Started”. Display format set by the “Time display format” parameter.
