Processing Package Move Transaction: Move
Use this screen to pack, dock, or confirm issuance of a package.
- Action to report
- Use this parameter to specify which action should occur when
processing data on this screen. You can specify these parameter
values:
- 1: Move to pack location
- 2: Move to dock location
- 3: Confirm issue
Note: In-house package move can only be reported, if the parameter is set to 1 or 2.An example value for this parameter is 2. The default value is 1.

- Use this parameter to specify whether the user must scan field values to confirm them, or if those values are automatically confirmed. These are the values for each field:
- 1: To Location
You can specify these parameter values for this field:
- A: The user must confirm the value by scanning it.
- B: The value is automatically confirmed.
Specify a behavior for each field using this format: (field value)=(parameter value). For example, 1=A.Note: If no values are suggested for a mandatory field, the user must scan a value regardless of how this parameter is configured.An example value for this parameter is 1=B. The default value is 1=A.
- Auto trigger Next when all fields confirmed
- Use this parameter to automatically process the information on this screen when all input fields have been confirmed. You can specify these parameter values:
- 0: The user must manually select to process information.
- 1: Information is automatically processed when all input fields have been confirmed.
An example value for this parameter is 1. The default value is 0.
- Package field search sequence
- Use this parameter to specify the search sequence for
package fields that are displayed on this screen.
These are the values for each field:
- 1: Delivery package
- 2: In-house package
Note: In-house package move is reported whenAction to report is set to 0 (None) and 3 (Confirm issue).Specify the sequence by separating each value with a semicolon. For example, 2;1. The default value is 1;2.
- Remember input field data
- Use this parameter to specify whether to remember the values
scanned on this screen. These are the values for each field:
- 1: To Location
You can specify these parameter values for this field:
- A: The value is remembered on this screen and will be automatically confirmed.
- C: The value is remembered on this screen but will need to be confirmed by the user.
- blank: The value is not remembered.
Note: The value is remembered until a new search is performed on the search screen.Specify a behavior for each field using this format: (field value)=(parameter value). For example, 1=A.
The default value for this parameter is blank.
- Sequence of input fields
- Use this parameter to specify the sequence in which fields are
displayed on this screen. These are the values for each field:
- 1: Package
- 2: To Location
These are the values for the info fields:
- 3: From Location
- 4: Departure date/time
- 5: Delivery method
- 6: Route / Departure
- 7: Delivery / Shipment
- 8: Customer
- 9: Customer name
- 10: Loading door
- 11: Delivery pack status
- 12: Included in package
- 13: Last To Location
Note:- To Location move is reported when Action to report is set to 0 (None) and 3 (Confirm issue).
- Last To Location depends on Action to report parameter. If action is set to 1(move to pack) the application displays last pack location for the delivery. If action is 2(move to dock) the application displays last dock location for the delivery.
- Info fields of the range 4;5;6;7;8;9;10;11 and 13 are not applicable for In-house package move.
Specify the sequence by separating each value with a semicolon. For example, 1;4;5;6;2.
The default value for this parameter is 1;2;3;4;5;6;7;8;9;10;11;12;13.
- Suggest data for input field To Location
- Use this parameter to specify whether to suggest values for the
To
Location field. You can specify any location.
An example value for this parameter is DOCKLOC01. The default value is blank.
- Verify input field suggested data
- Use this parameter to specify whether values scanned in fields
must match the suggested values. These are the values for each
field:
- 1: To Location
You can specify these parameter values for each field:
- A: No. The user can scan any value, and this value is not verified against the suggested value, if the values (scanned and suggested) match.
- B: Yes. The user can scan any value. A warning message is displayed if the scanned value does not match the suggested value.
- C: Yes. The user can scan any value. A warning message is displayed, if the scanned value is greater than the suggested value.
- D: Yes. The user can scan any value. A warning message is displayed, if the scanned value is lesser than the suggested value.
- E: Yes. The scanned value must match the suggested value.
- F: Yes. The scanned value cannot be greater than the suggested value.
- G: Yes. The scanned value cannot be lesser than the suggested value.
- H: Yes. The scanned value cannot be lesser than the suggested value. The application displays a warning message, if the scanned value is greater than the suggested value.
- I: Yes. The scanned value cannot be greater than the suggested value. The application displays a warning message, if the scanned value is lesser than the suggested value.

Note: If the suggest value is blank, the user can scan any value without a warning regardless of how this parameter is configured.The default value for this parameter is 1=A.
