Function Space Occupancy Percentage

This calculates the function space occupancy and shows the results as a percentage.

These available analyses calculate how many physical function spaces were occupied and what surface size is occupied in square meter (SqM) or square feet (SqFt).

Note: The analyses only account for the spaces which have the In Inventory parameter enabled to Yes in the Function Room configuration screen.

Occ/Available SqM or SqFt

Occupied square meters or square feet per available square meters or square feet.

Note: The unit of the surface depends on the configuration done on the Module Parameters screen. This depends on the default area configured in your S&C system.

Physical Occ/Available

Occupied physical function space per available physical function space.
