Note: Revenue analysis on actualized data cannot be shown as split out by Function Room, Function Event Type, and Function Setup. That is because the Sales and Catering system processes transactions by block and not event; the level at which the function room is allocated.

To overcome this limitation of the Sales and Catering systems, Infor EzRMS has performed an enhancement to report transactioned revenues by Function Room, Function Event Type, and Function Setup. These are based on the details received for the Function Space Booked Revenue analysis. If changes to revenues are made directly in the invoiced amount, Infor EzRMS allocates the difference to 'Other'.

We advise you to use dimensions from the block to retrieve granularity, for example, Block ID, Market Segment, Resident – Non Resident, and so on.

Adding dimensions might have an effect on the displayed graphs. This is because Infor EzRMS only counts whether a room was occupied; Yes (1) or No (0) on the analysis level. Example: A function room was occupied twice a day by two different blocks, and two different segments. Breaking the analysis down by market segment, Infor EzRMS displays a result of occupancy for each segment but, the total is count once for each day.
