This report displays the detailed daily view such as, Day characteristics, Event, Note, Graphs, Bucket analysis, Recommendations, LOS bid price, Competitors pricing, and so on.

Following is the list of sections displayed in this report:

• Day Characteristics: the following information is displayed:
  • Date: the date that is being displayed.
  • Days Before Arrival: the number of days from the present date to that of the date being displayed.
  • Season: depending on how the hotel has it set up Click on the hyperlink to display the Seasons Calendar and use the scroll bar until the legend can be seen at the bottom of the screen.
  • Denials To-Date: shows the amount of denials already recorded for this date.
  • Cancellations To-Date: shows the amount of cancellations already recorded for this date.
  • Wait-lists: Indicates the number of rooms on wait-list for the day of arrival being investigated. Click on the hyperlink to display the wait-list bookings for the day with a detailed overview of each of their revenue potential. To return from any hyperlink, click on BACK to return to the Detailed Daily View.
