Recommendation Analysis
Under the Revenue Opportunity menu, click once on Recommendations Analysis.
You can click filter icon to view all recommendations and restrictions for a selected date range for all hotels in the regional selection. The following information is shown in the table:
| Option | Description |

| Date: | Shows the date concerned. |
| Hotel: | Displays the hotel name for which the data is being displayed. |
| Revenue Opportunities : | Shows the revenue opportunities for the date in question. |
| Room Category : | Product Type - NOT Room Type (there is no differentiation between Double and Twin rooms in this concept). |
| Source of Business : | Channel or Source of Distribution (Direct, Internet, GDS etc). |
| Control: |
Shows three different lines of restrictions: New:What has been saved and implemented by the hotel EzRMS: What EzRMS recommends the hotel to do Previous: What was last saved in history. |
| Rack Rate : | Highest / Published Rate of each Room Category. |
| Dyn. Rack/BAR: | The recommended public selling rate. |
| Bid Price : | The hurdle value or the value below which all rates are closed for that Length of Stay. |
| Over Bkg Limit : |
Amount of rooms to overbook within each category with the goal of attaining 100% occupancy: as of today (1 st column) and on Day Of Arrival (2 nd column). |
| Rooms to UpSell : |
In many occasions the demand for the more expensive room categories is not enough to fill these rooms, but there is over-demand for the less ex-pensive room categories. In these cases EzRMS will advise you to upgrade (or UpSell) the over-demand in your cheaper room categories to the more expensive room categories. The exact number to UpSell is indicated in this column. |

You can change the data that is displayed by amending the data specified in the below table.

| Start Date: | Allows you to change the first date that is shown in the table. |
| End Date: | Allows you to change the last date that is shown in the table. |
| EzRMS Recommendations |
Yes: Will show the EzRMS recommendations for all Sources of Business. Direct Only: Will show the EzRMS recommendations for the Source of Business Direct only. No: Will hide the EzRMS recommendations. |
| Previous Recommendations |
Yes: Will show the Previous recommendations for all Sources of Business Direct Only: Will show the Previous recommendations for the Source of Business Direct only. No: Will hide the Previous recommendations. |
| Disp. Act. Recommendations | Allows you to select different criteria on how to display the recommendations. |
| Add. Analysis : | Allows you to add additional information to the table that could be useful when making decisions on what restrictions and rates to implement. |
Click to view the new report.
You need to click on Edit on the top left hand corner and you will find the same presentation as the recommendation screen in the Detailed Daily View.
You can click Save Recommendations and upload all days selected in one go.
This report allows you to save a selected period of days at the same time. For clients with the upload functionality, it will also allow you to upload many days at the same time and avoid having to go on the Detailed Daily View.
