Allotment Audit

In order to know into which Bucket reservations should be mapped it is of crucial importance that all reservations for groups or allotments are made with a Rate Code, have a Market Segment and a Reservation type. If EzRMS finds any allotments or groups without any of the above it will list them and they will be ignored by the EzRMS system.

Allotment Without Rate Code

This table shows any Allotment or Group that was entered into the PMS without a Rate Code.

Allotment Without Market Segment

This table shows any Allotment or Group that was entered into the PMS without a Market Segment.

Allotment Without Booking Type

This table shows any Allotment or Group that was entered into the PMS without a Booking Type or Reservation Type.
