Real-time optimization status

If the hotel has the real-time optimization feature enabled, users have these two different updates:

• Night audit snapshot daily update.
• Real-time optimization continuous updates during the day.

The status can be easily checked in EzRMS  by checking the icon under the property name.

An additional dot in the middle of the status icon displays the real-time data status. The dot is colored red if the real-time data feed is disconnected.

If the night audit snapshot daily update is delayed, the real-time data update is paused until the night audit update resumes. This is because real-time data is an incremental layer on the night audit data. Data are only comparable to PMS deductible business when the status is up to date.
