Occupancy dashboard

This report enables the hotel personnel an overview of the exact number or percentage of the hotel rooms currently booked against the maximum capacity. This report can also be customized using the Change Parameters screen.

The following information is displayed in this report:

• Summary: this section displays the information corresponding to the hotel room capacity, current bookings data, physical occupancy percentage, and the physical revenue for each available room.
• Occupancy Dashboard: this section displays the high alert level of specific hotel room occupancy for a specific month.
• Graph: this section displays the data related to room capacity, forecasted occupancy, current bookings and so on; in a graphical format.
