History/Bookings

All contracts will have a lot of data that has been processed and it is possible to see all historic data and current bookings in this part of the module. This part is very similar to the History/Bookings reports in the EzRMS Core module.

The main difference between these reports and the reports in the Core module is that you have the option to select your contract. This enables you to filter out just one or multiple contracts.

In addition, you will see that the number reports available is less than in the Core module. You now have the following reports:

• Occupied Rooms / On-The-Books.
• Room Contribution.
• Occupancy Percentage.
• Physical Occupancy %.
• Revenue/ Presold.
• Revenue/ Presold Contribution.
• ADR.
• RevPAR.
• Physical RevPAR.
• Revenue Per Guest.
• Total No. Of Guests.
• Avg. Guests Per Room.
• LOS Of Arrivals.
• Cancellations.
• No-Shows (only in History).
• Occupancy/Cancellations.
