Under the Revenue Opportunity menu, click once on Best
        Opportunities.
    This screen shows the date when the opportunity to increase the revenue is the highest.
      Clicking on the Date hyperlink, you can see the detailed daily view as we have seen before.
      The analysis can be made on a horizon of the current month, 2, 3, 6 or 12 months.

               Viewing the Best Opportunities can be limited by using the drop box and selecting
                the appropriate limit required. The view can be limited to the top10, 20, 30, 40,
                50, 60 or with no limits

            | Main Analysis | 
            This option allows you to select what information you would like to see in the
              table. The following options can be selected:
                - Revenue Opportunities - Highlights the dates on which money can be made by
                  putting the restrictions in place that have been recommended by EzRMS.
 
                - Upsell Opportunities - Highlights the dates on which there is a potential to
                  upsell rooms. In some cases you will find that there is more demand in the cheaper
                  room categories and not enough demand in the more expensive room categories. In
                  these cases you have the possibility to try to sell these customers a more
                  ex-pensive room for a small supplement or you can upgrade them.
 
                - Relocations - Shows the dates on which there is a risk of having to relocate or
                  book out customers.
 
                - Recommended Denials - Indicates the number of rooms that you will be able to
                  deny on each specific date. These are the days on which you have unconstrained
                  demand and therefore can select what business you want and what business you will
                  refuse.
 
                - Waitlist - Shows the number of rooms that are held on "Waitlist". This can be a
                  useful tool as by managing wait list bookings effectively you can really optimize
                  your revenues.
 
                - On-The-Books Occupancy Percentage - Shows the On-The-Books Occupancy levels. In
                  one glance you will be able to see the current Occupancy Levels by color instead
                  of in numbers. The advantage of this screen is that it is easier to look at for a
                  quick overview.
 
                - Forecasted Occupancy Percentage - Shows the Forecasted Occupancy levels. In one
                  glance you will be able to see the current Occupancy Levels by color instead of in
                  numbers. The advantage of this screen is that it is easier to look at for a quick
                  overview.
 
                - OTB Variations: Shows the booking movement during the period indicated. This can
                  be either the last day, 2 days, 7 days, 14 days and 4weeks.
 
                - Denials - Shows the number of denials that have already been entered into the
                  PMS.
 
                - Out Of Order Rooms - Shows the number of Out of Order Rooms that are currently
                  being held in the PMS.
