Checking the EDI Exchange services versions

You can check the version information about each installed EDI Exchange service.

To check the EDI Exchange service version information:

  1. On the application header, click About.
    A list of the installed services is shown:
    • Alert Service
    • Communication Service
    • Database Service
    • Global Data Service
    • ION Connector Service
    • Master Data Service
    • On-premises Communication Service
    • Printing Service
    • Scheduler Service
    • Shipping Execution Service
    • Transformation Service
    • User Interface Service
    • Update Content Pack Service
  2. To check the version information, expand a service.
  3. Review this information:
    Version
    The field shows the release version to which the service belongs.
    Artifact
    The field shows the artifact name.
    Revision
    The field shows the subversion revision number of the source code for the service.
    Name
    The field shows the name of the installed service.
