Communications

The Status field shows the status of the outbound EDI message that the Communication Service has sent. These status descriptions are revised to provide more clarity:

• Queued - This description replaces the Sent to On-premises Communication Provider status. It indicates the file notification is queued.
• Failed to send file notification - This description replaces the Failed to send to On-premises Communication Provider. It indicates the file notification failed to insert into the queue.
• Sending to Communication Provider - This added status indicates the Communication Service received a request from a Communication Provider to send the outbound file.
