Printing export-related documents

For printing you must use official forms according to the statutory regulations. You can use duplex printing to print on front and reverse side.

Before you print the export-related documents, you must check the shipment lines for correct preferential trade agreement settings. See Preparing the printing of export-related documents.

To print export-related documents:

  1. Select Shipping > Shippers.
  2. On the Shippers page, click Drill down to select a shipper.
  3. Optionally, specify the language in which the export-related documents are to be printed.
    1. Click the Movement Certificates tab.
    2. Click Select on a line in the List of Movement Certificates. In the Movement Certificate Details window, specify the language in which to print the movement certificates in the Language field.
    3. Click OK.
    The print language for the export document is set during the shipment import, or after the Preferential Trade Agreement was selected and stored. You can change the default setting manually.
    • The Language Code of Export Documents field in the Customer code can be edited by selecting Master Data > Codes. It must be one of the languages in the MovementCertificates code properties of the respective preferential trade agreement. If this is the case, the language from the Language Code of Export Documents field is used for printing.
    • The Language Code field in the Customers code must be one of the languages in the MovementCertificates code properties of the respective preferential trade agreement.
    • The Default Language from the Preferential Trade Agreement code is used.
    • The Default Language from the respective Movement Certificate code is used.
      Note: To edit these codes, go to Master Data > Codes.
  4. Click the Tasks tab in the Shipper view.
  5. Select Print Movement Certificates.
  6. Click Process Tasks.
