Manage Codes

On the Manage Codes page you can create, edit, and delete codes of a code line. A code line is based on an existing code list that determines the properties of its codes. When you set up a code list, a code line is automatically created and shown on this page. The code line inherits the header data from the code list. For example, the name, the description, the hierarchy structure, and the definition as system code list are inherited.

A code of the code line consists of the header data, the hierarchy data, and the property values. The header data include the name of a code, a description, and the time range for which the code is valid. The hierarchy data define the concrete hierarchy path used to store and access data. The property values define the characteristic values of a code.

The standard view shows the code lines on user tenant level. To display the code lines on system tenant level, click System Tenant.

To search for specific code lines, specify filter criteria in the field entries of the required columns.

To view the detail settings, click the Drill down button of a code line.
