Specifying the system directories

  1. Select Administration > System Directories.
  2. Specify this information:
    Receive Directory - current
    Specify the directory in which the received data is stored.
    Send Directory - current
    Specify the directory in which the data that is to be sent is stored temporarily.
    Receive Directory - archive
    Specify the directory in which the received data is stored once the processing has been completed.
    Delete Received File after Processing (Default)
    If you select this check box, files are deleted after processing instead of being moved to the archive directory. This option can only be selected if the field Receive Directory - archive is empty.
    Send Directory - archive
    Specify the directory in which the received data is stored once the processing has been completed.
