Downloading log files

On the Manage Logs page, you can download the log files that were created by the application services.

To download the log files:

Select Administrative Functions > Manage Logs.
Select the appropriate log files from the list and click Download.
A .zip file named AE-Logs.zip is downloaded through the browser. This .zip file contains all text files that were selected.
To check the log files, unzip AE-Logs.zip and open the text files with a text editor.
