Copying Packaging Instructions

To create a new packaging instruction, you can copy an existing packaging instruction and adjust its configuration.

Use this procedure to duplicate a packaging instruction:

  1. Select Shipping > Configuration > Packaging Instructions.
  2. Click the check box for the Packaging Instruction you want to duplicate.
  3. Click Copy.
  4. Update the desired field(s) on the Packaging Instruction page.
  5. In the List of Packaging Instruction Lines, click Create to add a new packaging instruction line.
  6. Optionally, to remove a line in the List of Packaging Instruction Lines, select it and click Delete.
  7. Click Save.
