Exporting print requests

Print requests that are passed to the InterFormNG print engine are sometimes needed for analysis and testing, for example, in the customer's test environment. This function enables you to export complete print requests in XML format including header and body information. The function is available in on-premises and cloud environments. In an on-premises environment, the print requests are exported to the file system. In a cloud environment, the print requests are exported to the AWS S3 folder.

To export print requests:

  1. Select Administrative Functions > Manage Print Jobs.
  2. Select a print job from the list or click the Drill down button of a print job.
  3. Click Export.
  4. In the Export Print Job dialog, you are prompted to confirm the request. Click OK.
    A notification displays that the print jobs have been exported.
