Publishing messages

Transformation Services can publish transformed messages to different destinations:

• Messages are published to Exchange Services according to the defined configuration of the EXS publishing service. These are standardized EDI messages that are sent to external communication partners.
• BOD messages are published to ION according to the defined configuration of the ION publishing service. These messages are targeted to other applications that are connected to ION.
• XML and non-XML messages are stored in a file system according to the defined configuration of the File System publishing service. These messages are processed by other applications.
