Deleting contact master data

You can use the Manage Contact Master page as a stand-alone solution to manage your contact master data if not provided by the ERP system.

Note: If you use the Manage Contact Master page as a stand-alone solution, the ContactMaster BOD import must be deactivated.

To delete contact master data:

  1. Select Administrative Functions > Master Data > Manage Contact Master.
  2. Select a contact master.
  3. Click Delete.
  4. Click OK to confirm that you want to delete the contact master data.
    The contact master data is removed from the list.
