Managing all scheduled jobs

You can shut down, start, or restart all scheduled jobs in the tenant that you are logged-on to.

To manage all scheduled jobs:

Select Administrative Functions > Manage Scheduled Jobs.
To shut down all running jobs in the tenant that you are logged-on to, click Shut Down all Jobs.
You can perform this action for maintenance tasks.
To start all defined jobs in the tenant that you are logged-on to, click Start Up all Jobs.
This action is required when you have imported code lists in the standard tenant system and the current business tenant.
To restart all running jobs in the tenant that you are logged-on to, click Restart all Jobs.
All jobs are shut down and restarted. This action can be required, if you create, for example, a new accounting entity that must be processed by running jobs.
