Validating messages

You can validate failed message transformations. For example, if configuration parameters are missing, add the missing configuration. Then validate the message transformation.

To validate a message transformation:

  1. Select Transformation Services > Manage Messages.
  2. Select a message that has the status Error.
    To validate a message in the detail view of the Manage Messages page, click the Drill down button of a message.
  3. Click Validate.
  4. Click OK to confirm that you want to validate the selected message.
    A notification displays that the selected message has been revalidated. The message status is set back to New.
