Printing Administration

This menu item opens a Login dialog in which you sign in to the InterFormNG print administration. InterFormNG is the printing provider that processes the print requests from the application's functional areas and generates the print output.

Select Administrative Functions > Printing Administration. In the Login dialog, specify the user name and the password and click Log In to open the InterFormNG administration page.

On the administration page in InterFormNG, you can perform these actions:

• Configure printers, manage licenses, metadata keys, and workflow rules, etc.
• Configure print request polling frequency, log file storage location, user management, port numbers, database connections, email settings, and archive folder location, etc.
