Reviewing send job jams

You can identify send job jams by reviewing the status of a send job.

  1. Select TRANSACTION > Send Queue.
  2. Check the Status column for jam information:
    Status
    Status Description
    Ready The order is ready for transmission in the send queue.
    Sending The job is currently being sent.
    Retry The job could not be sent. After the transmission interval it will be sent again.
    EFPA The job has been correctly sent and an EFPA (final file positive answer) has been received.
    EERP The job has been correctly sent and an EERP (end to end response) has been received.
    Rejected The job has been rejected or has not been sent.
    Blocked The job has been blocked.
    Max. trials reached The maximum number of sending attempts has been reached and the order has still not been shipped.
    Ready for collecting The job has been provided for collecting.
    No send system No send system is assigned to the job.
    No active send system No active send system is assigned to the job.
    Sys. Process Limit reached The system process limit has been reached without that the job could be sent.
    Partner Process Limit The partner process limit has been reached without that the job could be sent.
    Invalid Job The job is invalid because certain data is missing, for example, partner data.
    In Process The job is currently being edited by another user.
    Encryption Error Encryption failed.
    Not confirmed The file has been sent, but the confirmation of the arrival at the remote station has not arrived yet.
    Rejected The file has been rejected by the receiver, for example, through OFTP2 NERP (Negative end response) or SFNA (Start File negative answer)
