Manage Scheduled Jobs
enables users to monitor and manage the scheduled jobs. On the Manage Scheduled Jobs page, the scheduled jobs of the functional areas in the application are shown. The scheduled jobs run on the server in the selected tenant that you are logged-on to.
You can perform these tasks on the Manage Scheduled Jobs page:
- Search for scheduled jobs.
- Check and control scheduled jobs that are listed here.
- Stop running jobs manually.
- Resume jobs that have been stopped manually.
- Immediately trigger a job.
- Update the job configuration for multiple instances of a job without restarting the server.
- Shut down all running jobs in the tenant that you are logged-on to.
- Start all defined jobs in the tenant that you are logged-on to.
- Restart all running jobs in the tenant that you are logged-on to.
To search for scheduled jobs, specify filter criteria in the field entries of the required columns.
To view the detail settings, click the button of a scheduled job.
