Setting the message status to Error

On the Manage Messages page, you can manually set the status of selected messages that are being processed to Error. You can perform the same action in the detail view for a single message.

To set the message status to Error:

  1. Select Transformation > Manage Messages.
  2. To filter the messages, select Being Processed from the Message Status column.
  3. Select the messages that are being processed.
  4. Click Set Status to Error.
  5. When prompted, click OK.
    After confirmation, the message status is updated to Error and the messages can be deleted.
  6. To remove the messages, select the messages and click Delete.
