Setting up email notifications for expired certificates

  1. Select Administration > Notifications.
  2. Specify this information:
    Smtp Server Host
    Specify the IP address or name of the SMTP Server.
    SMTP Server Port
    Specify the port on which the SMTP server can be reached.
    User Name
    Specify the user name of the account on the SMTP server.
    Password
    Specify the password of the account on the SMTP Server.
    Sender's Address
    Specify the email address from which notification emails are sent.
    Receiver
    Specify the email address of the receiver of the notification emails.
    Certificate Types
    Specify the certificate type for which you want to send notification emails:
    • None
    • Own
    • Own and partner
    Own Certificates - Days Before
    Specify how many days before the certificate's expiration date the notification email for expiring partner certificates should be sent.
    Own Certificates - Notification Interval (in days)
    Specify the interval in which notification messages should be repeated.
    Partner Certificates - Days Before
    Specify how many days before the certificate's expiration date the notification email for expiring partner certificates should be sent.
    Partner Certificates - Notification Interval (in days)
    Specify the interval in which notification messages are to be repeated.
  3. Click Send Test Mail to send a test email that is based on the current settings.
