Export of code lists to a backup directory to prevent loss of data during automatic import

The job CodeListImporter that is controlled by the code list JobCodeListImporter performs the automatic import of code lists. There is a new feature in which the existing code lists are exported to a directory called backup before the automatic import is completed through the CodeListImporter job. This allows for the restoration of the backup data in case of lost data with the automatic import.
