Add validation for multi-threaded ETL

Description	To check for uncompiled object in a multithreaded process, an additional validation is now provided before the actual ETL execution. The ETL process will be terminated to prevent errors from uncompiled objects.
Impact	Customers are assured that each object in the multi-threaded ETL process are compiled prior to execution.
