Set the data sources

  1. In the DWD Designer, access DWD Solution > Data Sources
  2. Under All Connections, right-click the data source.
  3. Select Properties.
  4. Select a data source or define a new one using the ODBC Administration button.
  5. Specify this information:
    Connection Name

    Specify a name for your data source connection.

    Database Platform

    Select your database configuration in the list.

    User name

    Specify a User ID that has read access to the data.

    Password

    Specify the password for the user ID.

  6. Select the data source in the ODBC data sources list.
  7. Click Test Connection.
  8. Click Update > OK > OK.
