Duplicating an Object

Follow the steps below to duplicate a catalog component object.

Duplicate an object

  1. On the DWD Designer, expand the tree view to locate the object. Locating an Object
  2. Right-click the object and select Duplicate.

    The Duplicate Source Object appears.

  3. Choose from the following options:
    Copy the Object

    The new object will be identical to the original, but will not inherit the original references forward.

    Add a copy after

    The new object will depend on the original object

    Insert a copy before

    The original object will depend on the new copy of the object

  4. Select a system from the Target system drop-down field.
  5. Click OK.
