Aggregate object data

On the Data Source tab, expand the tree view to locate the object.

Right-click the object, then select Properties.

Select Aggregation in the Views pane.

Move aggregate columns to the lower pane.

Use Auto to aggregate on all the natural key identifiers.

Note:

These must be included in composers as they form the foundation for the relations set up columns and non-numeric columns. All those columns are selected for the aggregation. The auto-aggregation sets the aggregation function sum for all the other columns.
