Using custom charts for KPIs on the Homepage

You can copy existing charts widgets in Application Studio to use them as custom charts for KPIs on the Financial Reporting Homepage. Predefined charts for default KPIs are displayed on the Financial Reporting Homepage.

  1. In Application Studio, select Report Catalog > Reports > Widgets > Homepage > Homepage Chart Widgets.
  2. Copy an existing chart widget from the Homepage Chart Widgets folder.
  3. Select Report Catalog > Reports > Widgets > Homepage > Additional Homepage Chart Widgets.
  4. Save the copied chart widget to the Additional Homepage Chart Widgets folder. The saved chart widget is visible only to the current user. Check in the chart widget to make it generally available.
    All chart widgets that are saved in the Additional Homepage Chart Widgets folder are available on the Homepage Charts tab in the Configuration section of the Financial Reporting Homepage. A user with the GL Modeler role can configure Homepage charts on the Financial Reporting Homepage.
