Creating a custom application in EPM Administration
- Sign in to EPM Administration.
- On the Applications page, click Create.
- Specify this information:
- Name
- Specify the name of the custom application.
- Unique Name
- Specify the unique name of the custom application, for example, cst_CustomJumps.
- Description
- Optionally, specify the description of the custom application.
- Capabilities
- Select all available options.
- Click Create.
The created custom application is displayed in the list on the Applications page.
- Select Dashboards > Applications Administration > Data Connections.
- In the Application field, select the newly created custom application.
- Select the custom application in the grid.
- On the General tab in the Data Connection Details section, specify this information:
- Name
- Replace the name of the custom application with EPM.
- Unique Name
- Replace the unique name of the custom application with DEPM.
- Click the Connection tab and specify this information:
- Data Connection

Select EPM.
The EPM Business Applications->EPM data connection is displayed.
- Click Test Connection to verify whether the established data connection works.
- Click the Usage tab and ensure that all check boxes are selected.
- Click Save.
- In the Data Connections section, select EPM Business Applications in the Application field.
- Select the Infor EPM application in the grid.
- In the Data Connection Details section, click the Usage tab and ensure that the newly created custom application is connected to Infor EPM.
- Select Dashboards > User and Permission Management > Users, Groups and Roles and assign all possible application roles for the custom application to the user.
