SolutionEnsure that the comparison and reporting periods are correctly configured in the global context.
The formatting of negative values is incorrect
SolutionVerify the Display Negative Values setting in Financial Reporting.
The objectives are not visible in the Strategy & Objective widget
SolutionConfirm that the selected strategy has one or more objectives assigned in Business Modeling.
Ensure that the model has been published to OLAP, which makes the Strategy-Objective hierarchy available in C-Suite.
The status indicator is not displayed for certain objectives
CauseThe objective lack a KVI or KPI assignment.
Solutionverify whether the objective has correctly assigned KVIs or KPIs.
The most recent metric selection from the dashboard is not reflected by the report
SolutionIf the widget is not updated after you change the Application Context or metric, start a new session.
Blank values for certain metrics are displayed in the Difference column of the Metrics table
CauseFor percentage values such as the Operating profit margin, the Difference column is not displayed.
Some dimensions are not available in the Filter Panel of the Top & Bottom Analysis report
Cause In the Top & Bottom Analysisreport, a dimension can only be displayed in one place at a time, either in the Filter Panel or in the data grid.The Zoom In option is not available for certain rows in the Top & Bottom Analysis widget
CauseThe Zoom In option is not available for these elements:
- Rows that are labeled as Others or All
- Leaf elements: Elements with child elements
The Expand To option is not available for certain dimensions in the Top & Bottom Analysis report
CauseThe Expand To option is not available in these situations:
- The selected dimension is in the data grid.
- The maximum number of dimensions (3) has been reached.
Metrics are not visible in the Metrics Overview report
SolutionEnsure that metrics are assigned to the selected objective in Business Modeling.
Modifications to default scaling logic are not allowed in the Metrics Overview report
CauseThe scaling logic in the Metrics Overview report is inherited from C-Suite. The scaling logic is automatically applied based on the magnitude of each metric value. Scaling is applied individually to each row. That is, metrics, such as Revenue and Operating Profit, are scaled independently to enhance readability. This ensures that users view metrics in a standardized and clear format, which minimizes potential confusion that can be caused by inconsistent scaling across reports.
SolutionYou can not change or override the scaling behavior in the Metrics Overview report.
The Actual Budget lollipop chart is not visible in the Trend & Projection chart
CauseThe Actual Budget lollipop chart compares the reporting version with the selected comparison version.
SolutionEnsure that the comparison version is selected in the Application Context and the chart setting is enabled for the lollipop chart.
Actual values are not visible in the Trend & Projection chart
CauseActual values are displayed up to the reporting period. If you select only periods that are after the reporting period, you can view only the forecast values.
