Exporting a report book

Select File > Export/Import > Book Export Wizard.

Select the report book to export and click Next.

Select which elements to print for each report parameter in each report. Click Next.

Specify the destination to which to export the book.

Select one of these output formats:

PDF
Excel Workbook
Excel Workbook, values only
MS PowerPoint
Images

Optionally, for exports to MS PowerPoint or to images, click Options and clear the Use page layout option.

The option ensures the correct display of reports that are of a size that require multiple images or slides. We recommend that you do not clear the option unless all reports are small enough to require only a single image or slide.

Optionally, to overwrite any previous export of the same name, select Overwrite existing files.

Optionally, select Open file(s) after export.

Click Finish.
