Right-click and select Format cells. Click the Pattern tab and, in the Primary Color section, select a dark background. Select white in the Hatch color section.
Click the Font tab and select a light-color.
Click the Alignment tab. Click Bottom in the vertical section and Right in the Horizontal section, and click OK.
Right-click C9 and select Format cells. On the Pattern tab, specify a color in the Primary color section.
Select cells A1 to M1. Right-click the selection and select Format cells. Click the Border tab and specify a bottom border.
In C9, specify a number from 0 to 9.
Right-click C9 and select Format Cells.
On the Number Format tab, select User-defined as the Category.
In the User-defined format instruction field specify [graphic standard_arrow_down] and click OK.
