Toolbar icons

Option	Description
	Export the page to a file such as .xls, .pdf, or .ppt.
	Export the page to a Microsoft Excel .xls file.
	Create and manage formats and styles.
	Edit data definition of the ad-hoc report.
	Switch dimensions between rows and columns axis. The element and structure selections are transferred with the dimension.
	Enable zero suppression on rows and columns. Any row or column that contains only zero values is hidden. If the row or column contains at least one non-zero value, the zero values in that row or column are still shown.
	Use Undo icon to revert recent changes in the report definition or cell styles, made while building the report. The icon is enabled when the history of report changes is not empty. The action has capacity of 16 records. The history of changes in the report definition is retained until you sign out or refresh the browser.
	Use Redo icon to reapply a change that was previously undone to revert recent changes in the report. The icon is enabled when the history of undone changes is not empty. The action has capacity of 16 records. The history of Redo action is erased when any modification of definition is done in the report. The history of changes in the report definition is retained until you sign out or refresh the browser.
	Create a selection of elements.
	Move the hierarchy to the row axis, column axis, or filters section.
	Drill down to details of the selected element. The report shows children of selected elements.
	Show the whole level above the selected element.
	Expand multiple elements at once.
	Collapse multiple elements at once.
	Keep only selected elements in the report definition.
