Installing an application

You can install custom, protected, and restricted applications through the import of the .biapplication files.
Note: If the application file is larger than 800 MB, we recommend excluding OLAP from the export and processing it separately

For more information, see Infor EPM User and Administration Library (On-premises) and select Administration > Migration > Migrating full database, on-premises to on-premises.

  1. Select Dashboards > Applications Administration > Applications.
  2. Click Install.
  3. On the Select Install File step of the Install Application wizard, browse to the .biapplication file to import.
    The name, version, capabilities, and, for commercial applications, the vendors of the application are listed.
  4. Click Install,
  5. Optionally, when the installation is completed, clear the option to put the application online.
