Loading and calculating data

You must have completed these tasks before loading and calculating data in the Infor d/EPM business applications:

  • Configuration set definition
  • Account mapping for sub plans
  • Workforce Budgeting configuration

You must also complete configuration of the financial business objects, the mandatory business objects, and any optional business objects.

Loading new metadata results in the loss of previously imported data and calculated results.

  1. Sign in to Infor d/EPM business applications.
  2. Select Applications > Sub-Plan > Workforce Budgeting > Configuration > Load and Calculate Data.
  3. Select an active configuration set.
  4. Select a version. Only versions of a previously selected configuration set are available.
  5. Click Next.
  6. Click Next.
The system validates the staged Workforce Budgeting data against the model.

Errors are displayed in the message box. Use relational modeling to review the source data and make corrections in related relational modeling tables.

  7. On the Load and Calculate Data page, click Back.
  8. Click Next.
The system runs the validation against corrected metadata again. When no errors are found, you can move to the next step.
  9. Click Publish.
The system publishes Workforce Budgeting data from staging tables to the Infor d/EPM business applications database and generates any required elements.
  10. Click Calculate.
The system calculates the imported data.
  11. Click Close.
