Workforce Budgeting

Updated navigation

A new module selection has been introduced in the navigation tree. This simplifies navigation to the standalone modules. The Workforce Budgeting navigation includes module settings, data entry pages, and analysis reports, as well as global configuration entries that must be completed before the budgeting process can start.
