Workforce Budgeting

Workforce Budgeting is not supported in IRIS (Infor Regulated Industries SaaS).

Workforce Budgeting is now available for Infor d/EPM Cloud Edition. New roles and integrations are provided in this release.

New standard Workforce Budgeting roles available

New standard Workforce Budgeting roles are introduced. Users with assigned application roles get access to role-specific content. WB Modeler users have access to administration pages. WB Planner users have access to data entry pages. WB Read Only users can view data entry pages and WB DP Requester users can access the Position tab in Decision Packages within Workforce Budgeting. OLAP permissions are predefined.

Workforce Budgeting integration

Data transfers from a source system to an application database are supported by Workforce Budgeting integration. During the standard data integration process, you use relational modeling to prepare, validate, and run queries. The data is loaded from the integration database into the Infor d/EPM business application.

A preconfigured Workforce Budgeting data integration to HCM is not yet available. Contact support for more information about predefined data integrations with Infor d/EPM.

Ability to reload Workforce Budgeting data to a configuration set and version.

Through Workforce Budgeting integration, you can reload Workforce Budgeting data to a configuration set and version that has been already loaded, validated, and calculated.

This feature is available in cloud and single tenant cloud environments.

Data update option in the Financial Summary report

A notification is displayed in the Financial Summary report to warn users that the latest configuration changes are not reflected in workforce calculations. You can update the data directly in the report to ensure data consistency and see up-to-date calculations.

Ability to display costs for selected salary changes, supplemental pay, or benefits

A filter option is now available in the Financial Summary report to display financial costs only for selected salary changes, supplemental pay, or benefits.

Data update option in Workforce Budgeting data transfer

Before the transfer of employee costs data to the finance core, data is verified to detect any changes. If the latest configuration changes are not reflected in the Workforce Budgeting main cube, a notification is displayed in the Data Transfer report. Before you can proceed with the data transfer, the corresponding data that was changed is updated.
