In Business Modeling navigation, these items were renamed: Company Structures is now Organizational, Financial Structures is now Financial, Custom Structures is now Custom, and Manage Integrations is now Manage Data Loads.

Currencies are now under Business Objects > Organizational and Calendar Settings is now a top-level option.
