Authentication and user management

Infor Federation Services (IFS), Basic, and LDAP authentication is supported. Integration with third-party identity providers, can be achieved with IFS.

These rules apply:

• In multi-tenant cloud, only IFS Cloud Edition authentication can be used. Basic users, such as admin user, cannot be used.
• In an on-premises installation, Basic, Windows, and IFS authentication can be used, depending on how you configure the farm. Windows authentication can be used by using ADFS in IFS. Windows Authentication without IFS is not possible.
