Database StartDBLoad
Triggers the Load Jobs process. Beginning with the 11.0 release, you can use
the SynchronousExecution
attribute to control whether the
function works synchronously or asynchronously. If the SynchronousExecution
attribute is not specified, the function works
asynchronously.
