Rules Engine evolution

In MIS Alea 5.x and BI 10.x there were several improvements to the Rules Engine. Pre-fetching calculations became much faster.

Due to the complexity of the subject it is not possible to give any simple definitive statement on how the changes in the Rules Engine affect any given model.
